Rotating Wash Tool

The Wellpro Group Rotating Wash Tool provides a reliable self-rotating high-pressure jetting action for wellbore tubulars.

Impact time and rotational speed is controlled by the viscous fluid governor.  This maximises jet power being delivered to the tubing wall by using only a few rotating jets resulting in hard impact force.  The replaceable jets are highly efficient in removal of downhole debris including bridges, cleaning recesses and irregular surfaces without damaging the wellbore tubulars.

The tool can also be used with two phase fluid at temperatures up to 200°C.

Nozzle configuration and sizes are designed to suit specific applications by utilising the latest flow modelling software.
