Operations Engineer
Location – Thailand – Bangkok or Songkhla

Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Engineer to join our team in Thailand. Candidates would preferably have a Bachelor’s degree Petroleum Engineering or minimum 5 years relevant Well Intervention experience
Preference shall be given to those with the necessary Thailand work permit or Thailand national
Position Requirements
- Provide and support clients with expert technical knowledge of Well Intervention operations.
- Prepare operational and commercial quotations for end user.
- Design operations to meet client’s expectations whilst being cost effective and innovative.
- Maintain communication with clients and personnel whilst designing, mobilising and during operations.
- Attend pre and post job meetings including morning calls and out of hour requests.
- Advise customer on proper procedures to perform operations, provide instruction and troubleshoot issues.
- Actively develop new business whilst servicing current key accounts to strengthen and grow the product line.
- Ensures that any 3rd party equipment hired is returned in a timely manner after the operations to maximise efficiency.
- Help mentor, train and develop less experienced personnel.
- Deliver technical presentations as required.
- Keep up to date with new well intervention technology.
- Prepare end of well paperwork and reports.
- Based in Bangkok or Songkhla but international travel may be required.

Field Supervisor
Location – Thailand

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Field Supervisors to join our team in Thailand. Candidates would preferably have 5+ years’ experience in the disciplines of Thru Tubing Fishing and Milling. Additional experience in Inflatable Packers and Wellbore Isolation products including Mechanical Plugs, Setting Tools and Gauge Hangers would be an advantage.
Position Requirements
- Responsible for supervising field operations and services in a safe and professional manner.
- Understand the requirements of the proposed operational work scope and ensure the availability of required tools.
- Ensure all operational work instructions, and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Liaise with the support team and customer representative to confirm the objectives of the operation are met.
- Have a methodical, precise, accurate and results-driven approach to all tasks.
- Provide technically proficient advice during operations with a focus on efficiency and flawless operation execution.
- Team player with the ability to problem-solve and work to tight deadlines along with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to meet travel requirements at short notice.
